School Hours & Term Dates

8:30am – Teachers on duty. Road patrols begin and children can enter classrooms.

8:45am – Children should be at school, ready to start the day’s program at 8:50am.

8:50am – 10:30am – Block 1

10:30am – 10:50am – Morning Tea

10:50am – 11:50am – Block 2

11:50am – 12:00pm- Brain Break

12:00pm– 1:00pm – Block 3

1:00pm – 1:10pm – Lunch eating in class

1:10pm – 1:50pm – Lunch Break

1:50pm – 3:00pm – Block 4

3:00pm – School finishes

Children need to be collected from school by 3:10pm. Any child waiting needs to wait at the Arts Centre. The Mt Roskill Primary School Board of Trustees has determined that any child not collected by 3:20pm on any school day will be placed in the care of a staff member and will wait in the office. The parents will be phoned and the child must be picked up as soon as possible.
